About Me

I’m Dr. Seth Strauss, founder of Invictus Healing & Performance.

My passion is helping men reclaim their health, strength, and vitality.

With over two decades in healthcare, I’ve created a unique approach blending cutting-edge science with timeless holistic principles. journey together.


But this work is personal. I’ve battled chronic health issues that left me frustrated and stuck. I know the pain, fatigue, and the haunting question: “Will I ever feel like myself again?”

That journey taught me the importance of addressing root causes—not masking symptoms—and shaped everything I do today.

Now, my mission is to help men overcome pain, GI dysfunction, fatigue, mobility issues, and hormonal imbalances by addressing the physical, mental, and emotional barriers in their way.

This isn’t about just fixing what’s broken. It’s about rebuilding confidence, energy, and vitality—the things that make life worth living.
